AMA Medical Products aims to dispatch all items within 48 hours of payment.  Delivery of all goods can be expected within 7 business days to Australian destinations.

Freight charges are calculated based on the delivery location.

Any claims and returns will be assessed and processed by AMA Medical Products on a case by case basis.  For orders received in a damaged state, AMA Medical Products must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery and the products returned within 14 days from that date.

Any products received with faults or defects must also be reported to AMA Medical Products within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of that date.

Approval and processing of all claims and returns will be at the discretion of AMA Medical Products.  All freight charges to return goods are the responsibility of the customer.
